Data Collection

Solo Business Marketing monitors visitor activity to its site to collect generic information regarding daily number of visitors and page visits.

We do not collect data on the identity of site visitors. We do, however, maintain the name, address, phone number and E-mail address of customers who purchase our publications and other materials by mail, fax and secure store.

This information is retained for our personal use for geographic statistics and to send periodic industry updates, by Email or postal mail, about additional business tools, products and opportunities.

We will never sell, distribute or barter the personal information received from or about our customers and site visitors.

Data Retrieval and Prevention

We check our Web site daily to ensure that your information does not sit on the server for an unreasonable amount of time. Our company considers two days (48 hours) to be unreasonable.

 
ISP system problems, natural disasters and other acts of God that prevent us from logging onto the system to retrieve your information are the only exceptions to the rule.
