Three Ways to Market When You Don’t Have Internet Access
A glitch in my Internet access kept me offline on Friday, forcing me to focus on non-Web activities to move forward in my business and marketing plans.
This could have been a very-difficult day for me if I wasn’t the type of marketer who immediately turns a small problem into a great opportunity, especially since my Fridays are designated for technology updates.
It’s on this day that I make Web site changes, add plugins to blogs, and check my statistics.
I can still update Web site files that reside on my computer, and there is lots more that can be accomplished without Web access.
Here’s part of what I completed.
My goal this year is to mail 100 or more of these notecards to individuals who are part of my network or becoming a new affiliate. Standing out among impersonal Emails is my mission which, in the past, has strengthened connections and extended partnerships.
I’ve had this project on my list for too long, and now that one of my books has been submitted for publishing in the summer, I can follow my own blueprint to help others earn income.
Putting all of the pieces together to film videos may seem difficult, but it’s not. What’s required is having a purpose for making the videos and gathering the tools needed to make it happen. Most of my videos are finalized in 15 minutes as long as I create a mini script ahead of time.
Of course, there were other projects on my list, both personal and professional, but these three were top for me.
If you find yourself without Internet access, what marketing tasks can you turn to in order to keep your business moving ahead?
