Newsletters Encourage Clients to Stay Connected

create an Ezine to keep customers coming backHow important is publishing an electronic newsletter, also known as an Ezine, on a consistent basis?

If staying in touch with prospects and clients is your goal, an Ezine has the potential to keep communication open and revenue high.

The biggest challenge throughout the process is providing subscribers with value, and that encourages each person to quickly open and read your news each time it arrives by Email.

Here are four items that are easily incorporated into a newsletter.

1. A question posed by a client and your response.
2. An industry trend and how it relates to the product or service.
3. A success story featuring a client or recipient.
4. One tip on how to maintain a product for longer life.

Add one or all of these ideas, and you’ll create a publication that clients will print and keep as a resource.

Print newsletters are also considered by clients to be highly valuable. The picture above shows the cover page of one such newsletter that I publish and snail mail each month to gift basket industry professionals.

I temporarily stopped publishing the Ezine that complements this site because of several ongoing projects. The decision to put it on hold was difficult, but once these projects are done, I’ll once again publish my Ezine to share great ideas with you.

You’ll find 10 more tips on creating your Ezine on this page.

What has been the biggest challenge for you in publishing a newsletter? Maintaining frequency? Finding news to share? Let us know. Perhaps the responses here will help you overcome this hurdle.
